Bonjour chers fans de Strida,
could you possibly forgive me using foreign language here?

Dear Bietrume,
in fact, you were also involved in the development of this kit version – your excellent knowledge was the base back then and without you it would not exist!
Thank you so much for all the worthwhile lessons!

Yes and even more than that – but unfortunately not official (yet).
Nowadays we can choose between at least four methods to repair/correct Ming cycle’s „tolerance mishap“.
Please let me tell you a few details about them:
1. TriLock system
by Mark Sanders: Great look, CNC part made by professional company, but still experimental and in testing phase – sketch and image below.
2. Thin washer system (= Strida Canada kit): Best suitable for frame tubes with moderate damage.
3. Thick washer (armour) + spacer system: Works on very bad frames and easy to create, but inconvenient to adjust.
4. Brass system: Should work on any frame, experimental, complicated to manufacture but in return we achieve very fine adjustability (side view at the bottom).
Note that any detail, images, drawings, dimensions, material specs, even CNC files of above mentioned four projects are free to share with anybody, further informations by request.
Merci beaucoup,
Chris
